I am totally in love with my new ballet flats purchased at Target!  They are so warm because of their fleecy lining inside the shoe, yet not too warm once inside a heated building.  The lining also does not show, so they still just look like cute regular ballet flats.  I highly recommend these comfortable and warm, not to mention cute!!, shoes :)  They come in brown and black… you can find them online at Target.com, or in a Target store near you.

I stumbled across this Diane von Furstenberg bag and other designer finds at the Barack Obama website the other night.  What a great way to support your presidential candidate…with a tote, shirt or scarf designed by your favorite runway designer!  This is definitely my favorite style find this week…and is on my style wish list for this fall!  ~Mariposa

This yellow/goldenrod color scarf is one of my favorite recent fashion finds in my own closet!  I had totally forgotten about this great, bold colored scarf.  It has quickly become a great accent piece in my wardrobe, wearing it dressed up or down and gotten lots of great compliments on it.  I suggest a main bold colored accessory for any outfit!  As you can see in this picture, I am wearing a black, short, pocketed, strapless dress from Club Monaco and a cream colored very thin wool cardigan from Club Monaco as well.

  This “vintage v-neck pocket tee” is made of really soft and comfortable cotton, and on the thinner side.  It is also pretty affordable at $9.99!!  I definitely recommend getting a stock of this great basic for your wardrobe to layer or wear alone… I bought myself a white and grey.   This tee does also comes in a variety of colors as well, such as white, light grey, pink, blue, green, burgundy and yellow.

This little Vera Bradley wallet is so cute and handy! I was given this exact one as a gift and am totally addicted to it now (I love this Spring/Summer 2008 pattern). It is so nice to have your ID showing for easy access, and it is the perfect size to slip in a purse or carry around by itself! I definitely suggest getting one too! (this image is from the Vera Bradley site, so no that is not me on the ID! )

I definitely am in love with Minnetonka moccasins! They are so comfortable and look great with almost everything, I highly suggest getting a pair! I love throwing them on with jeans and running out the door. I’ve already gone through one pair and am on my second, and at only around $30.00 they are also pretty affordable!

If you haven’t heard of Aristocrat jeans, you should definitely check them out… they fit amazingly! For anyone else who is also on the tall side… they are actually long enough too! I suggest the Windsor jean in Bishop.

  So I found these jeans at a sample sale here in Ann Arbor at a local hotel… they were super cheap (around $60.00 I believe) of course, but in looking online they are not too terrible regular priced either!  Considering what we style-conscious girls spend on jeans these days!  They fit and feel great and I wear them almost everyday!!  Check out J.T.’s William Rast website for more hot jeans!

These shoes I found in Toronto at a little shoe store… but must say they were a tad overpriced! However I love them and wear them everyday!!! I would definitely recommend these shoes! You can find them on PriceGrabber.com… or other places that sell Zigi New York shoes.

A tip for all you other stylish girls out there who have foot pain with cute flats… Heal my Heels pads are a great thing to slip in your shoe (I wear them in these shoes all the time and love them!).

 As far as style finds go, one of the ones I wear everyday and love the most is my Lalique ring I found at TJ Maxx a couple years ago for $30.00… Now, normally these rings are more like $200.00… so you can imagine my excitement!  Plus, it is one of the most comfortable rings I’ve ever worn and I receive compliments on it all the time by strangers.  My ring, however, has ridges unlike the ring pictured… but it is the same color and shape and you will never see me without it! :)
